About Mito

Mito is a Quebec-based company founded in 2004 that specializes in sushi, poke bowls, and other Asian foods.

From its highly certified central kitchen, it delivers its products to over 400 retail locations and prestigious partners. It also operates more than 200 sushi counters staffed by chefs in IGA supermarkets across Quebec.

Challenges

The challenge we faced during this project was Mito’s unique distribution model. The brand is exclusively available at IGA retail locations (a major supermarket chain in Quebec), which can limit the promotion of products ordered on the website (since only in-store pickup is available).
