About Faulhaber

Named after its founder, Faulhaber is a Canadian public relations agency that bridges the gap between the media and lifestyle brands. The agency is known for innovative ideas, bold initiatives, and promoting youth-oriented brands with a focus on ROI.

With a diverse client roster (Levi’s, Audi, Bacardi, etc.), Faulhaber operates in a predominantly female-oriented space (particularly through trade publications and influencers).

Our Work for Faulhaber

– Website redesign

– Branding and identity overhaul : Logo, colors, content

– Brand strategy : Positioning, brand voice, content pillars

– Main website video

Project objectives

– Mark a milestone in Faulhaber’s identity, particularly following an internal management change toward a younger, more digital approach

– Incorporate the industry’s magazine-style aesthetic into the brand

Challenges

The main challenge of the Faulhaber project was undoubtedly to modernize and revitalize the brand image, while drawing inspiration from existing elements (slogan, name, etc.)

Small details that make a difference

To meet this challenge, we focused on exploring the finer details of Faulhaber’s brand identity.

The main focus was on the letters. In our redesign, the letter “h” extends beyond the frame of the other letters, as if to signify that Faulhaber helps its clients stand out from the crowd. We also played with the letter “F,” making it larger than the frame it’s in, in line with Faulhaber’s slogans: “Seeing you bigger” and “1+1=3.”

Finally, pastel colors and the use of a sans-serif font provide the desired magazine and print aesthetic.
